Food Rules at Adventure Island

Outside restaurant food is not allowed inside the theme-park area. Homemade food, packed lunches, snacks, and drinks prepared at home are allowed.

Ithraa – Important Trip Information

Please provide your full legal name when booking. We cannot accept nicknames or initials. If details are incorrect, Ithraa may pause the booking until the correct information is provided.

Please arrive 15 minutes before departure. The pick-up point has free street parking. Please park respectfully and avoid disturbing neighbours.

The coach leaves on time. We cannot wait for late arrivals. If you are running late, please take an Uber to the pick-up point.

Bookings are final and non-refundable, but you may transfer your place to someone else.

Please dispose of your rubbish and keep the coach clean.

A temporary WhatsApp group will be created for the trip, so please book using a WhatsApp number.
